Advice please!

I have had a “tightness” in my abdomen, and tmi but I’ve been doing #2 a lot. I have had a headache almost everyday for a week. I was on amethia- the birth control that makes you have a period every three months. I missed several and quit taking them all together about 3 weeks ago, so we could try again....usually if I stop taking them I start bleeding but I haven’t at all . There was one day where I spotted the tiniest amount just when I wiped last week. Took a test this morning with FMU and it was negative...
