Is it possible om having a girl?

Okay so i am 9 weeks and ive been very moody and emotional lately my face is breaking out a lot and I seem to be showing a lot sooner than i did with my first baby

I seriously look like i did when i was 14-16 weeks and ive had very extreme nausea(im now able to hold back the puking but wasnt able to at first and i know i am not bloated) and i am extremely tired

With my son i had very litte nausea and by the time i was 10 weeks i had a headache every single day up until i was like 24 weeks i was emotional but my face didn't really break out i wasnt as moody but i was tired but not as tired as i am now.

Is it possible im having a girl?
