SSRIs and pregnancy

No judgement on this post please I need reassurance.

I have extremely bad health anxiety and panic attacks. After my son I got on celexa. We are pregnant again. Has anyone had a healthy baby while on SSRIs? I'm on 10mg and I truly believe the risk is greater getting off of the medication due to fear, spikes in bp, heart rate and my mind going crazy.
