Am I having an ectopic pregnancy?

Today I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. Yesterday I had some sharp pains on my left side, in my pelvic area. The pain could come for like 3 seconds and then disappear and come again a minute later. That happened for about 5 minutes. The same happened again today for about 3 minutes. Also when I went to bear down to urinate there was a dull ache in the same spot. That was the first time that happened and the pain went away once I stopped bearing down. I haven’t had any spotting, bleeding, or uterine cramping. Could this be the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?? Or is there a chance I am overreacting and it is something harmless like an ovarian cyst??
