Nose ring help please! TMI PIC

So I've had my nose ring for over a year and I noticed I had a blackhead on it and I popped it but it turned into a pimple and it's right next to my nose ring and since pimples hurt it kind of hurts a little I'm pretty sure it's not an infection because the inside of my nose ring doesn't hurt I started washing it again with non idodized sea salt...it's a little red since I just finished washing it and since I popped a pimple next to it...should I be worried?
