Soooo. My current roommate and I have known each other since high school, we weren’t close then and have only become close since coming to college. We were going to get an apartment together next year and she backed out, she said “it would be better for our friendship” well I found out the other day that the real reason she doesn’t want to live with me is because she “doesn’t want to come down for breakfast and have a random guy in our apartment” a mutual friend (who she is now living with next year told me she said this) I won’t lie. I have slept around but it’s not like I have a new guy every week or every month for that matter. I thought she was my friend and I have told her about some of my hookups. But if she really was my friend then she would know that I’m not the type of person to have a new guy all the time. I’m very upset and hurt by the fact that she said this. I’m not sure if I should confront her about it or not. I told our mural friend I wouldn’t say anything, but that was a very f’ed up thing of my current roommate to say. Should I confront her or let it go? (I may be living with her for another semester but it is possible I am moving out)
