Ovulation??

Hi I am supposed to be 7 days late for AF, looking at the dates I experienced a thick bloody discharge on the 23rd then again on 26th could this of been possible late ovulation bleeding? I am getting BFN so it can't of been implantation as it would be showing a positive by now.
