Puppy HELP

So my now 10 week old whippet puppy is being bitey and aggressive and not normal puppy aggressive and she bites everyone and we can’t seem to calm her! She’s a nutter for hours at a time and she jumps off of people and attacks! Is this just a phase will she get over it I just really need help and encouragement because it’s stressful and we are contemplating taking her back and we really do NOT want to do that.
