Serious question, this is long...

Meghan

Okay, I am 45 days "late" for my period. This is not uncommon bc they are very irregular. I've been diagnosed with endometriosis, fibroids, and tilted uterus. I know the first thing you guys will say is to take a test. Well, I did last week with a BFN. I dont want to go out and buy another one just to face total depression and disappointment. Anyway, the past couple days I have had a MAJOR increase in cervical mucus. It's clear and stretchy, I know that's when its "go time" but even when I did ovulate with clomid I didnt even have this much CM. I guess what I'm trying to ask is, could this be a sign of pregnancy? I know my body, and I am typically dry as a bone! The only "symptoms " I can actually relate to pregnancy is moodiness and tiredness (also an 8th grade teacher). My husband even asked if I was bc he said it seemed my belly is more bloated than usual, but I dont feel bloated and have not gained weight either. I just dont want to face another negative. Going on 3 years of trying/not trying but not preventing either.
