Started while Exclusive breastfeeding....9 weeks postpartum
I’m almost 9 weeks postpartum...I had some light pink spotting last week, very minimal. It happened again yesterday followed by heavy bleeding today with dizziness. I’m exclusively breast feeding and didn’t think I would be getting my period any time soon. I’ve also been having extremely bad pubic bone pain ever since the delivery. Ultrasound was done 3 weeks ago not showing anything but the pain is increasing. What could this mean?
