Can you take Tylenol PM and Sudafed together?

I have a cold and my doctor said I’m able to take Tylenol and Sudafed but I was wondering if I could take Sudafed with some Tylenol pm to help me sleep?

I don't think you're allowed to take the PM but I could be wrong

I take the Sudafed (non-drowsy) with a Benadryl. I'm not sure about taking it with Tylenol. Maybe run it by your doctor or an on call nurse.

You shouldn’t take Sudafed while pregnant.  Take a Benadryl or a Tylenol PM by itself.
