Anyone else worried that their baby isn't talking yet. Mine is 22 months and he babbles a lot and says papa a lot and sometimes mama but nothing else. I just got speech therapist who helps him once a week and she says she heard him say no and duck, but she also said I should do screening for autism and I don't know if that means something but am confused as to why if he's making progress. She also said that him babbling is a good thing because it looks like he's having a conversation with me but I just don't understand. Am all over the place.
