First Scan: Full of Confusion

Had my first scan today. As per LMP it’s ~6 weeks 6 days but since my cycles are average 35 days it could be ~5.5 weeks as well.

Radiologist saw Gestational sac but no yolk sack or fetal pole 😪 She said either the pregnancy has stopped growing or it is not growing well.

HcG level at 1841 today. Have to repeat after 48 hrs. Is all of this normal? I was really crushed today and getting a feeling that all is over 😪 Endometrial thickness is also 15.1 mm, cervix is closed, corpus luteum is formed but no baby can be seen were her words and they are haunting me..any similar stories??
