Maybe pregnant, really panicking!!

Hello! So I have a one year old, still debating if we want another kid. My period ended about 1.5 weeks ago. We had sex over the weekend. Then last night I notice my Montgomery glands were swelling, my Areolas were larger and darker. I noticed other little symptoms but I’m sure those were just my imagination cuz I was worried. Well I had forgotten about it all until I just went to the bathroom and I’m spotting. 😐😳 I’m gonna take a test ASAP. Both times in the past that I tested positive on pregnancy tests, I tested negative on blood tests. For some reason my HCG must rise quickly at first or something. Past pregnancy tests were as soon as 2 days after sex. I’m just so so worried. I just started a business, I’m barely surviving with one baby and I’m worried about health issues with myself. Just needed someone to talk to!
