Best Beachbody on Demand workout?

I am curious what other people have done as far as Beachbody on Demand workouts! I did Cize and Turbo Fire before getting pregnant but then I spent the entire first trimester not exercising. I am wanting to get back into it now but don’t know what is good for gaining the most helpful muscles for pregnancy and delivery. Also what types of moves to avoid like should I avoid anything on the ground or kickboxing moves? Thanks!
