I’ve been having dull pain/ pressure in my pelvic since ovulation. Today is 7dpo and it’s gotten sharper and keeps cramping and my lower back hurts. I feel like I’m burning up. My moods all over the place today. What do y’all think it is??

Progesterone.. It's responsible for both pms or pregnancy symptoms.. 7dpo is still early on and most likely not from pregnancy if you were to have conceived. Good symptoms though I hope they turn into a bfp for you.
