Baby cold

My baby has had a cold for a week now. The first two nights were the worst. The cold doesn’t seem to be too bad- a cough that is mostly only at night now and a stuffy nose. We had her to the dr and she checked out okay. I think her nose is starting to turn more runny now than stuffy. For those whose babies have had colds already- could this runny nose hopefully be a sign of the cold nearing its end? Or is it a bad sign? This is her first cold so it’s freaking me out 😞
