Woman at the wic office with a bad attitude

Today I called to ask if they can add formula to my case since i have to supplement. Today at his check up we were told it’d be best to supplement formula so I called the wic office and she had a major attitude. She asked me “why? Don’t you breastfeed? Why do you need formula” in a snippy voice. I said to supplement and she was like “you just don’t know what you’re doing and We don’t just give formula out.” Then she hung up the phone.

I suddenly remembered why I took my oldest off of wic, that same woman has been working there for 6 years with a nasty attitude
