Pregnancy test

When is to early to take a pregnancy test? I don't feel like me and my husband had a accident but It could be a possibility and I feel like my bodies been weird for the past week. I've been getting sick and I just feel like my bodies being weird. Maybe I'm over reacting but I'm not sure. I don't start my period till the end of the month so idk
