PCOS help

I have pcos and I'm struggling to figure out my cycles. How am I supposed to know when my period is due? I hardly have symptoms, and any I do I have I hope are pregnancy signs. And even then I'll cramp and think AF is coming and it doesn't show for weeks. Spotting for me is day 1 of AF because I spot for an hour and then it turns red, so I won't even have that lead to up to the bloody show. It's exhausting taking test after test once I'm late to the point where I would just wish my period would come and get itself over with.
