Sorry for the TMI with the photo but is this just normal discharge or part of the mucus plug? I’m a little over 38 weeks by the way,,

Definitely mucus plug, which is normal! Mine came in bits and pieces for about 2-3 weeks before she was born

I'm 17+2 baby number 2, but I've never seen my mucus plug or at least don't remember it...?! Been having a period like cramp, very mild and eases when I sit for about a week now, and tonight I was wiping and had something that's exactly like the pic come out... no blood, but don't know what the heck I'm looking at.. Should I be worried?
