TTC with PCOS

Me and my partner are beginning to lose all hope of this happening! But I’ve been extremely sick in the mornings for the past three days, I’ve had really sever pain in my lower abdomen, I have no faith in this ever happening for me! I’m to scared to do a test because evidently I know it will be negative. I have PCOS and quite a sever case... I was told that there was little to no chance of me ever getting pregnant! But I have been pregnant three times before and unfortunately lost all three. Don’t really know what to do?😭
