BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Here is an easy and healthy recipe that you can use as a side dish or even as a healthy snack:
1) Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking pan with aluminum foil
2) Wash Brussels Sprouts, and cut off any extra leaves, cut off bottoms and slice each one lengthwise
3) Add the ready cut Brussels Sprouts to a bowl and drizzle with enough olive oil to cover all, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a pinch of paprika and toss to make sure every Brussels Sprout is covered.
NOTE: you may add any other seasoning that you like
4) Transfer the Brussels Sprouts to your baking pan and set in oven for about 15-20 minutes until they appear to have that ‘golden’ look
5) Pour Brussels Sprouts in bowl and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and toss to coat them evenly. Taste and add salt if necessary and serve!
