Do you think ultrasounds during early pregnancy is dangerous?

I’ve been reading a lot about how the sound waves are dangerous to the embryo. What do you all think?

I think I’d do diligent research if I were you and make a true informed decision. Me personally I won’t do any unless medically necessary. It’s all very questionable to me and long term effects not known

I’m not big on ultrasounds for low risk pregnancies. There are too many risks and just about all of the studies you can find are currently outdated. 
Later on in pregnancy they’re safer than an early one, so last time I got one at 20 weeks. 
With that said,
 I’m getting one next week because I had a miscarriage in August so I’m paranoid, and my last period was in October so I have no idea besides “between July and August” when to expect this baby. 
But it will likely be the only one I get. 
And always make sure the person is a certified professional sonogram tech. The risk for the ultrasound is mainly when untrained people (this can include doctors themselves) keep the wand in one place (instead of moving it around to avoid overheating cells).

I had ultrasounds every appointment with my son. I was considered high risk. I lost my first a 6 months pregnant so we had to keep an eye on my second. It made me feel 10x better

I had weekly ultrasounds until 10 weeks last time (I was seeing a specialist) and then weekly at the end because of gestational diabetes... perfectly healthy and happy 18 month old!

I am high risk so starting at 7 weeks (dec 20) i will be having ultrasounds every three weeks until the end of my second trimester is everything is okay

You nees tp keep an eye on babies. My first is at 8 weeks. I will do every scan necessary

I will take atleast 3. Confirmation, 12 week and 20 week. And if I can, more. I would rather keep an eye on the baby. Ultrasounds saved my friend's baby. While everything was alright with her and the baby's heart rate...the ultrasound showed problems right away and if she had not gone for a c section she would have lost it.
