I didn’t wait until married but I did wait until I found the man I’d marry. Not the same thing I know. But we had been dating for 9months and I just knew I’d end up marrying him. I was 21, he was 23. He was a virgin too so it was special. And we did get married and have been happy ever since. Glad I waited for him.
