Really dont want to go !?!?!

My fil ( whom I like and get along well with) wants to take everyone, like 13 adults and 4 kids, out to dinner on December 23rd. The kicker is that he wants to take everyone to Golden Corral - I HATE golden corral!!! The thought of a buffet during cold and flu season and the chocolate fountain, omg BARF!!!! I dont want my kids to go and want to eat from that nasty thing!

I feel bad because I dont want to disappoint, but I also dont want to go to a place that just thought of eating at makes me want to puke.
