Does me crying upset/hurt the baby?

I have some personal issues going on, I’m so upset right now I can’t help myself from crying really hard. Does it hurt or upset the baby? I’m halfway along. I just can’t help it sometimes 😥

Hey say that baby can sense when the mom is upset. I don’t think it hurts the baby, but I think they can definitely tell when you’re upset or stressed out..
