Blood pressure and pregnancy
Hi ladies I track my blood pressure at home due to me being nervous at the doctors .. anyways when I track my pressure at home as silly as it sounds I still get nervous (I’m a hypochondriac) and my first reading is always high but the second normal... should I be going off of the first or second reading?
