Should I tell him I love him first?

Hey! I've been in an exclusive relationship with my boyfriend for a little over two years. I enjoy the time we spend together and feel I can honestly say I love him. In fact, I've felt this way on the first several months of the relationship. Unfortunately, I have not said it because of worries that it may not be reciprocated. Weeks and days of waiting for the right moment (or waiting for him to say it first 😕) have turned into 2 years of no "I love you"s. I know it's concerning that he still hasn't said it either, but should I just go ahead and tell him?
