So I work for a Jehovah’s Witness and they don’t celebrate any holidays. But she has a lot of grandchildren and they don’t get to celebrate any holidays either. Which I mean I respect other people’s religion. But sometimes it makes me feel bad for the kids because I’m sure when they go back to school all the kids talk about Christmas? I mean I did when I was in school, we usually had to write a paper on it or something. Also what if the kid grows up not believing in that religion and all his or hers Holidays where pretty much taken. I’m just not sure how to feel about it so I was wanting other people’s options because I’m just curious.

Also if you switched it around like if I had a kid and grew him up with holidays and then he became a Jehovah’s Witness would he be like upset he was celebrating holidays? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️idk just a fun topic to discuss.
