Engorged breast pain
I have super engorged right breast for rhe last 10 hrs. Pumping doesn't get rid of excess milk. Shield aggravated the pain as the areola kept rubbing against the shield causing sharp throbbing unbearable pain. Only massage and hand expression helps a bit. Now i am tired of sitting and expressing. Help me out asap ladies!
