Postpartum Cramping- input please
I am one week postpartum today, I have been taking ib and Tylenol for pain. I didn't have any for the last two days. Today I suddenly have quite a bit of achy cramping on my left side and lower belly.
This is my second child. I am not bleeding a ton just spotting. I did do a lot of housework and I haven't had a lot of water so I am wondering if maybe I just overdid it. Should I be worried? I didn't have cramping like with my first especially a week later.
