Miscarriage/TTC advice

Hello ladies,

So I need some advice. My husband got back from Korea Oct. 29 and we conceived. About 10 days later, I’m struggling with nausea so I took a test a few days later. We got a faint line. Waited some more but this time used a digital test. Nov. 13, confirmed by doctors we were pregnant. Nov. 17th, I miscarried. Doc did a trans-vaginal ultrasound and said I was really clean and ovaries looked really healthy. I was told we could start trying again. The thing is the weekend of the 17 to Nov 21 I was on my period/miscarrying. I’m confused because I don’t know if that cycle is considered the “1st cycle after?” We’ve been trying since she gave us a go ahead. It’s Dec 7 and my fertile window is over and many deeds had been done :) what are the changes of no period showing up Dec 17 and me being pregnant?
