Where are my uterine septum mama’s at?

I have an (almost) complete uterine septum and it wasn’t discovered until my 15 week ultrasound with my first! The tech said “omg what is this?! I’ve never seen this before! Something is weird” as she was doing the US so naturally I was FREAKING out. The dr came in and said it was a septum! Later, my boy ended up being breech and coming a few weeks early because he didn’t have enough space (being only on the L side). He is healthy and happy and is 18 months now! Well... we just decided we’re not going to get surgery and take the risk and just try again! I’m a little nervous but also excited. What are your experiences with having a septum?
