23 weeks 3days

Hey , I'm 24 this is my first pregnancy I'm having a girl and I'm due April 2nd 2019 🦄 basically I'm nervous , anxious all the above i recently just quit smoking I'm on patches my Dr prescribed me. I haven't felt any kicks. Is it possible to feel a heartbeat with a stethoscope ? Haven't felt any movements but flutter and sometimes a knot in a stomach or even the feel of something tugging in my vaginal area please Help anyone.
