I have been off fenugreek for about 2 weeks. Even while I was taking it I only got 4oz max from two full breasts. Last night I got 5 oz and tonight I got 6. I know some of you women get 8+ ounces a boob and I would like to work my way up to that eventually if I can but 6 ounces from both for me is a small victory 🙌 I exclusively breastfeed and don't usually take the time to pump every day but I've been trying to be better and at least do it once a day. My freezer supply is pretty low, I usually give him one three to four ounce bottle every day so I can have a break so my stock never really builds up. After tonight I am feeling a little more hopeful that I may get a little surplus in the freezer yet 🤞🤞🤞 Breastfeeding is hard and sometimes I want to quit, especially when he's fussing at the breast but when we are both totally relaxed and just staring at each other while he feeds, knowing he's getting the best food possible, it's worth the struggle ♥️♥️
