I am 3 weeks ish pregnant and require flu jab however I'm scared it will case more harm than good ,:/

I would rather get it than have flu while being pregnant, even if you don't come into contact with someone who has flu you might come into contact with someone who is a carrier of it.

Got mine yesterday and I heard it’s perfectly fine but to avoid the nasal spray version because it has preservatives or something like that
