Can I trust it??

I know I'm probably overreacting but can I trust multiple periods and multiple negative pregnancy tests to be a pretty good sign I'm not pregnant? Can't afford the blood tests. There are so many forums and things about women having their period and still being pregnant and not knowing for months. It's all crazy.
