Pregnancy symptoms with negative test

I’ve had pregnancy symptoms for over a week like almost all of them. I have taken 2 test and both have come back negative my period is supposed to start tomorrow but the test I took today after it was finished I took it apart and there was another pink line on the cotton part I’ve taken a test apart before and it didn’t have those is this a positive line that didn’t make it to the window or is this like ink on the pad for it to show?
