Weird dream

I have had more than my fair share of fucked up dreams, and they never really bothered me, but last night I had what was quite possibly the scariest dream I ever had.

I was at my ex boyfriend’s house, and I don’t know how I got there, I think he might have brought me there himself against my will. He wants to get back together, or he assumez we already are back together. So we’re hanging out like we used to when we were dating him, and I am deeply afraid of him. He’s exhibiting highly abusive behavior, also like he used to only I’m more aware of it, and it’s making me more and more frantic. I casually grab my phone and try to go to the bathroom so I can contact someone for help but the walls are weird and see through. So he stands outside and watches me closely. I try to move quickly and text my best friend and my current boyfriend but I’m bot fast enough. I leave the bathroom and he continues to behave as normal for him, but I knew he was just being abusive again. I’m getting more anxious and starting to freaking, trying anything to move away from my ex so I can call someone for help.
