How do i dry my milk up?

The hospital wanted me to try breastfeeding and I never wanted to from the beginning but they said I should at least give it a try so I did and I do not want to breastfeed. How do i dry my milk up?

Take Sudafed
Get a sports bra that’s a size too small 
Get a wide ace bandage wrap
Get a head of cabbage
Have some over the counter pain medication if you get too uncomfortable. 
Your doctor may prescribe an antibiotic so you don’t get an infection. 
Put the cabbage in the freezer. Keep your sports bra on at all times. Even in the shower. Keep your breasts out of direct heat (shower head).  When you’re not in the shower, still keep the bra on and take two leaves off the cabbage and put a leaf inside each cup of the bra on your breasts. They are cold and help with the pain and cabbage has some kind of element to it that is drying.  Then have someone wrap your breasts as tight as they can with the ace bandage wrap. Swap the cabbage leaves out as they get wilted. You’ll stink like an Irish soup kitchen and have pins and needles in your boobs for about 4-5 days and not want to hug anyone. But it gets much easier. I had to dry up because of mastitis after 1.5 weeks and this is what my doctor told me to do and it worked great.
