I'm currently 7 days past ovulation and for the past 3 days I have been having light cramps on the lower left side of my abdomen the same side I had cramps during ovulation but no spotting. Do all women experience implantation bleeding? My last pregnancy was 9 years ago and I never looked for any signs.
