Cramps & upset stomach? When should I test?

Stopped my birth control a little less than a month ago and started using OPKs. Was ready to give up til AF came, but kept trying and it looks like CD22 I ovulated. DH and I BD on my fertile days, and now I’m having some cramps in my abdomen and pain in my lower back, and I feel bloated and gassy and my stomach feels a little upset. We did BD earlier in my cycle, but especially since I hadn’t gotten a positive opk until so late, I’m pretty sure these aren’t pregnancy symptoms. Just wondering if anyone could tell me if this is just my body after ovulating or coming off birth control? I’m CD24 now. And since I have no idea when to expect AF, when should I take a test?
