Polystic ovaries

Hi, not sure if anyone can give me any advice. I have had irregular periods for years now, I am 21 and ever since I started my period they have been irregular. I was diagnosed with PCOS yesterday, after the results from my ultrasound and internal scan came back. I am devastated to say the least, me and my partner have been trying for a while now but no luck. Does anyone have any tips or advice? I would be really grateful. Xx
