Baby keeps taking diaper off...

Hello Ladies. My second daughter is 17 months and is ALWAYS trying to take off her diaper, especially when she is falling asleep. It’s kind of like how some people twist their hair to go to sleep, well she falls asleep trying to remove her diaper. Sometimes when I wake up, she’s completely nude and even covered in urine at times. I’ve tried using pull ups, putting pants on her, a onesie, using a bigger & smaller size, even switching to multiple different brands to make sure she’s comfortable. She just loves being nude 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do you ladies have any tips or advice?
