3rd miscarriage

I'm 5 weeks 2days, just went to the bathroom & when I wiped, there was bright red blood. I'm so numb right now. I don't even know how to feel. I feel stupid, & incapable of carrying my husband's child to term. And he also slipped up & told some of his family, now I have to tell them for a 3rd time that i miscarried. I'm humiliated.
