I'm so worried

I started bleeding the day after ovulation very light. It was on and off for 6days and now I have had continual bleeding for 6days still very light( just when I wipe) my period was due yesterday and now the bleeding is getting less. I took 3 test one Tuesday one Thursday and one today all negative I keep getting slight cramps on my lower right side of my stomach. I went to the urgent care they told me they think it's a bladder infection but it dont hurt to pee I'm sure that wouldn't cause my period not to come and I dont have to pre frequently in fact I'm needing to pee less then normal. I cant get into a obgyn office until Monday. Does anybody have anything similar or know of what it might possibly be?
