The best vitex ever!

I just want to share my story and hopefully it can help someone conceive as well. This vitex right here is absolutely amazing! I conceived both times using this.

I took 2 capsules everyone morning 1000mg on the first day of my period up until I got my bfp. ❤️❤️ took only a month😊

Same with my second child❤️

I would not recommend taking it if you have a regular 28 day cycle. I have irregular cycles and it deff helped me regulate them and ovulate. If you have pcos I deff recommend this as well!! My friend also took it and it only took her 2 months to conceive.
