How popular is the name Aiden/Aidan?

I will be naming my baby this name even if it's too popular due to the fact I have been obsessed with this name moment I found out baby is a boy. I have only met one child named Aiden/Aidan where I live. Just something about the name caught my eye and heart lol.

I live in the city so they’re all over. My son’s class has 2 and my daughter’s has 1, our little neighbor is named Aiden, my friend’s son is Ayden. 
My other friend’s son is Jadin and her stepson is Jayden. 
Then there’s the Hayden’s and Zayden/Zaiden/Xaiden’s 
If you like it go for it. He’ll never be lonely and you’ll always find souvenirs.  
When I was in elementary school there were 2-3 Chelsea/Chelsi’s in my grade and they were the popular best friends group until high school.

I don't know any Aidans but I know of a ton of kids with variations of the name (Caden, Jayden, Zaiden.) We had always loved Aidan as well and have considered rethinking the name if this baby is a boy but I think we will stick with it. Who cares if it's popular?!

I know a ton of aidens or people with sons named aiden. I did meet one aldrian and I thought that his name was a cool and unique spin on that name.

My nephew is an Aiden. It’s Irish and my husband’s family is Irish, but a lot of people seem to use it these days regardless of their heritage.

Idk any Aidens but the popularity has skyrocketed the past few years. I’m in my 30s though. Just like Jayden was uncommon about 10 years ago, now it’s extremely popular.

I have a few each year in class (male and female). They all have different spellings. We joke that if you don’t know a kid’s name, you can guess Maddy, Aidan, or Nick and be pretty safe.
