Postpartum belly
Comment below all your tips, tricks and advice on helping shrink back your belly! I feel like my belly has gone down almost all the way but it’s literally jiggly saggy skin left and idk what I can do to help it “firm up”?
I’m 2 weeks pp, so I know exercise is out of the question for a few more weeks.. but wondering what I can do until then.
(Btw yes I’m exclusively breastfeeding)
